Athlete Development Packages

Our athlete development packages are custom tailored to fit all of your training needs. Our packages include a physical assessment, live video review and stroke analysis, Zoom coaching sessions on the C2/RP3, a customized training plan and core and mobility plan, plus recovery and breath coaching.

Our training plans can be tailored to fit all of your racing and training goals for a year; with lengths ranging from four week season preparation to three month periodized training blocs and everything in between.
